LLC VERUM CARBON is guided in its activities by business ethics, prevents conflicts of interest and ensures impartiality by creating the Guidelines and the Declaration. Ensuring impartiality is a prerequisite that ensures credibility in the process of verifying greenhouse gas emissions reporting.
Complaint handling procedure
Complaint handling procedureIf you want to report a problem you encountered during the cooperation with VERUM CARBON or express dissatisfaction with our work, send a request to e-mail – info@vca.com.ua.We guarantee:
- objective consideration of each of the complaints;
- confidentiality and impartiality at all stages - from the moment of receipt of complaint to the assessment and implementation of corrective actions;
- effective and efficient problem solving.

Appeals procedure
All clients that have been verified by VERUM CARBON and do not agree with the final decision may file an appeal within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Verification Report.
Appeals are submitted in writing:
- by letter to the address - 01032, Kyiv, 33B Taras Shevchenko Boulevard
- or by e-mail – info@vca.com.ua
When filing an appeal, the Applicant must indicate:
- reference to the verification report against which the appeal is filed;
- contact information of the responsible person of the applicant, authorized to file an appeal;
- personal opinion on the decision taken: reasons for disagreement, errors in the work of the company and other information that the applicant deems necessary to provide;
- documents and materials that can confirm and explain the facts, reasons for appealing the decision (if necessary).
